Following is a little about the background and experience of our owner, Mr. Donald Kneece:
Donald Kneece is the Owner and Senior Investigator of Kneece Investigations, LLC, which is located in Saluda, South Carolina. Kneece Investigations, LLC was founded in January of 1995. Mr. Kneece is a graduate of Saluda High School and has attended college at Central Texas College and Hagerstown Junior College. Mr. Kneece served 20 years in the U.S. Army and retired with honors in November of 1993. While serving with the U.S. Army, he was selected to be a member of the Department of Defense Counterdrug Training Team. His military education included Physical Security Inspectors Course, Criminal Investigators Course, Traffic Management and Accident Investigators Course, Instructor Training Course, Military Police Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer’s Course, Leadership Management and Development Course, Drill Sergeant School, Security Manager’s Course, and Alarm Manager’s Course. He also received extensive training from Technical Surveillance Sciences, Inc. in Technical Surveillance Operations and Video/Audio Surveillance Operations. He has received the designation of Technical Surveillance Specialist. Mr. Kneece has also received training in Interviewing and Interrogations Techniques. This training was provided by “The Command Center” and Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates.
Mr. Kneece also received the designation as the U.S. Army’s Training and Doctrine Command’s subject matter expert in the use and instruction of technical surveillance equipment including both audio and video surveillance systems. He was chosen to design, develop, and implement drug enforcement technical surveillance equipment training for drug enforcement personnel. Mr. Kneece was the primary instructor for Technical Surveillance Equipment Utilization in the Department of Defense’s Counterdrug Investigators Mobile Training Course. Mr. Kneece has trained over thirty-five hundred federal, state, county, and local law enforcement officers in covert surveillance techniques.
Since retiring from the U.S. Army, Mr. Kneece has worked with the Institute of Investigative Technologies as a certified senior instructor providing training to local, state, and federal law enforcement officers in the use of covert video/audio surveillance equipment. This training was funded by the U.S. Department of Justice. The training was conducted throughout the United States. He also has provided training to Private Investigators in the use of this equipment in South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
Classes taught by Mr. Kneece have been approved for continuing education credit by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division for both Law Enforcement Officers and Private Investigators. His courses have also been accepted for continuing education credit hours by the states of North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Washington, Pennsylvania, and New York.
Kneece Investigations was founded in 1995 and has been in business ever since. We have evolved with the changing needs of our clients and are still serving some of the same lawyers and law firms that have used our services since 1995. Kneece Investigations provides professional investigative services to all its clients to include Insurance Companies, Private Individuals, Criminal Defense Attorneys, Family Court Attorneys, and Corporations.
